Refund and cancellation policy

This policy covers every JeeVrites purchase: on jeevrites.com, through our India checkout (UPI, cards and net banking, processed by Razorpay), on Gumroad, and through our print partner. Books and notebooks bought on Amazon follow Amazon’s own return policy.
Digital products (Notion templates, ebooks, printables)
Digital products are delivered instantly, so please write to us first if something isn’t working. Most problems, such as trouble duplicating a template into Notion, are fixed in a few minutes.
- 7-day money-back guarantee: if the product still doesn’t work for you, ask for a refund within 7 days of purchase. Write to [email protected] with your order or payment ID, or reply to your receipt email.
- Charged twice, or charged but nothing received: write to us and we will send the product at once or refund the extra payment in full.
- Refunds are not available after 7 days, or when a template has been resold or shared, as described in our terms.
How refunds are paid
- We reply to every refund request within 2 working days.
- Once approved, the refund is started within 1 working day and goes back to the same payment method you used: UPI, card, net banking or PayPal.
- UPI refunds usually arrive within 5 to 7 working days. Card and net banking refunds take 5 to 7 working days, and sometimes up to 10, depending on your bank.
- Payments in US dollars are refunded in dollars; your bank sets the exchange rate.
Cancellations
- Digital products are delivered the moment payment succeeds, so an order cannot be cancelled after that. Use the 7-day money-back guarantee instead.
- Printed products bought on Amazon are cancelled through your Amazon account, under Amazon’s rules.
- There are no subscriptions, so there is nothing to cancel later.
Damaged or wrong printed products
Printed notebooks and journals are currently sold only through Amazon, outside India. If one arrives damaged or wrong, Amazon’s return policy applies. You are also welcome to write to [email protected] and we will help.
